Chur, the location is sweet as near Termini, but the breakfast was pretty basic and lacked variety. The staff were heaps friendly, though!

I liked that the hotel was so close to the metro station.
The free wifi internet did not reach our room, we were too far from the router.

Their assistance. The hotel's cleanliness stood out, and the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep. The noise from the street could be quite disruptive at times was good.

Absolutely average stay. The beds were unbearably uncomfortable. I expected a lovely room upgrade for my troubles, but clearly that's just too much to ask. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

Thanks for a very good service, recommend. Its hospitable and fairly clean hotel, has magnificent location so close to Metro for getting around. The stuff is really friendly, they ensure you have a good time here. Croissants and breads for breakfast are a plus...

The location was perfect for accessing Termini and exploring Rome. They provided gluten-free options for breakfast upon request, which was a thoughtful touch.

Hotel staff Marta was very helpful and made us feel at home. Breakfast was very good. The hotel and room was very clean, fresh towels everyday. Very comfortable. Location excellent as plenty of services available (restaurants, cafe-bars nearby, laundromat, etc.)
No complaints. Very good value for money.

Very convenient location close to the train station and within walking distance of the sights. Friendly staff. Tidy rooms.
The rooms were a bit on the small side and the noise from the street could be heard. The wireless network didn't work in the room where a friend was staying (the 4th floor at the end of the corridor).

Couple looking for a decent stay, go for it
The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with good coffee and pastries, really set the tone for the day. The location had tons of restaurants nearby, perfect after a long day of walking around.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what you get it's acceptable.

The staff was nice/gentle and explained everything correctly when we checked in. As requested, we got a quiet room (the noisy ones were on the roadside). The room was suprisingly very comfortable, it was clean and had airco. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from/to the Termini trainstation.
The showercabin in the bathroom was small but allright.

Location
Air condition was too noisy, so we woke up at night. No hairdrier, no wifi at room, wifi at lobby only for a limited time (each time to use new password on the card)

Rooms are small but clean, good for a short stay. Noise from the street can be bothersome at night.

Cute, clean room very close to Termini. Pleasant staff, great breakfast. They do have an elevator, and the room was fairly comfortable with just the window open mid-July. Supermarket right around the corner!
10 Euros extra for ac, no ceiling fan or screen on the window. There is a lock box in the room, although it uses a key and the hotel policy is to give your key to the front desk whenever you leave the hotel. Weird. Also, after about 1am you might have to wait a few minutes for security to open the front door. Added safety and security, but a bit of an inconvenience. Another thing - no ice machine or ice buckets in the hotel.
